GarV: A Multi-Agent Operations Team for a Growing Nonprofit
Representative interface (placeholder)
PACE runs Pan-African scholarship and community programs with a small team wearing every hat: grants, finance, donor relations, people ops, project management, and content. The knowledge that keeps the organization running lived scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and a dozen separate tools. Hiring a full back office was out of reach, and stitching together off-the-shelf AI apps just meant another login for each slice of the work.
We built GarV, a bespoke multi-agent system that acts as the organization's Chief of Staff. The team messages GarV by text, voice note, or email, and it routes each request to the right specialist: a capital-planning agent that runs a continuous grants research pipeline, finance and QuickBooks analysis, people ops, project management, marketing and content, and an office manager. A knowledge layer grounds every answer in PACE's own history and materials, and an "Elder" agent keeps the work aligned with the mission. Safety is built in: outbound communication is drafted only and waits for human approval, and destructive actions like inbox cleanup are reversible. 8genC continues to build, run, and expand the system as PACE grows. GarV is a client system we operate, not a product you buy, and it is representative of the bespoke multi-agent systems we build to clear operational friction and unblock growth.

GarV gave our team the back office we could never afford to staff. We message it like a colleague and the work gets done, with nothing going out the door until one of us signs off.
