Fixed · Design Sprint

De-risk the build
before you commit

A design sprint takes your idea from problem statement to a validated, build-ready design: a PRD, UX flows, a clickable prototype, and a fixed build quote. Agentic execution compresses a traditional six-week engagement into two to three, without cutting scope.

What you get

Five deliverables, one fixed fee

Every sprint ends with the same package: enough to make a real go/no-go call and, if it's a go, start building the next day.

PRD, personas & scope

The problem stated in plain terms: who it is for, what it has to do, and what is explicitly out of scope.

UX flows & hi-fi UI

End-to-end user flows and high-fidelity screens, not wireframe sketches.

Clickable prototype

A real, click-through prototype you can put in front of users and stakeholders.

Build-ready roadmap

A phased implementation plan your team, or ours, can execute against immediately.

A fixed build quote

A written, fixed-fee number for the build phase, scoped from what the sprint validates.

The agentic sprint cadence

Fourteen days, three phases

01Days 1 to 3

Discover

Stakeholder workshops, technical feasibility, and a competitive scan converge into a sharp problem statement, personas, and locked scope.

02Days 4 to 8

Design

UX flows and high-fidelity UI take shape fast, with agentic tooling compressing what used to take weeks of iteration into days.

03Days 9 to 14

Prototype & Validate

A clickable prototype goes in front of real users and stakeholders. Findings roll into a build-ready roadmap and a fixed build quote.

Why a sprint

Spend $5k to avoid wasting $250k

Most AI projects fail for reasons a sprint would have surfaced in week one: an unvalidated assumption, a stakeholder who never agreed on scope, a technical blocker nobody checked. A sprint puts those risks on the table before you sign a build contract.

Kill bad ideas cheaply

Surface technical blockers, data issues, and UX dead ends for $5k and two weeks, not $250k and six months.

Align stakeholders once

A clickable prototype ends debates that slide decks cannot. Everyone signs off on the same thing before engineering starts.

Walk in with a real number

The sprint ends with a fixed, written build quote, scoped from validated design instead of guessed on a sales call.

Fixed · creditable toward the build
$5,000+/ 2 to 3 weeks

Fixed fee. Agentic execution makes it about 3x faster and 40 to 60% cheaper than a traditional 6 to 9 month build cycle. If you move into a build with us, the full sprint fee is credited toward it.

Sprint FAQ

Why is 2 to 3 weeks enough for a sprint?

Agentic tooling compresses the slow parts of a traditional design sprint (research synthesis, UI iteration, prototype wiring) from weeks to days. A traditional agency sprint runs about 6 weeks for the same depth of output; we get there in 2 to 3 without cutting scope.

What exactly do we walk away with?

A PRD with personas and locked scope, full UX flows and hi-fi UI, a clickable prototype you can test with real users, a build-ready implementation roadmap, and a fixed, written quote for the build phase.

Does the $5k count toward the build?

Yes. If you move forward with us on the build, the full sprint fee is credited toward that engagement. The sprint is a de-risking step, not a separate sale.

What if the sprint says "no-go"?

Then it did its job. You will have spent $5k and two to three weeks finding out before spending six figures and six months building the wrong thing.

Who is in the room?

A senior pod of design, product, and engineering, working directly with your stakeholders throughout. Not a single freelancer or a junior team reporting up.
